How PlumbersNI works
An introducer, not an installer.
PlumbersNI is an introducer service. When you submit a quote request through this website, we pass your details to a Gas Safe or OFTEC registered installer on our network. That installer then contacts you directly to quote the job and, if you accept, to carry out the work under their own customer contract.
We do not carry out the work ourselves, we do not hold your installer contract, and we do not handle the invoicing or warranty. Those sit with the installer who does the job. PlumbersNI's role is selection: finding the right installer for your area and the job you've described, so you don't have to.
We may receive a fee from the installer for the introduction. This doesn't add to the price you're quoted.
How our installers work
Quiet, thorough, finished.
Most plumbing jobs go wrong in the same way. A salesman quotes it, a different engineer fits it, and a third person arrives if anything goes wrong. By the time the warranty card arrives, nobody on the job remembers the conversation that started it.
That's not how the installers on our network operate. One engineer handles the survey, the quote, the fit and the commissioning. If you need to go back six months later, you speak to the person who knows your system.
Every installer fits to Gas Safe standards, services on the manufacturer's schedule, and power flushes when the system needs it (and says so honestly when it doesn't). We only add installers to the network who already work that way.
