What does the call-out cost?
A diagnostic call-out plus the first hour is from £120. That includes a full fault diagnosis and a fixed quote for any repair the installer finds. If no repair goes ahead, you only pay the call-out fee.
How quickly can you get here?
Same-day or next working day for most of Belfast, Lisburn and Bangor. Evenings and weekends for emergencies, no heating in January is an emergency.
Should I repair or replace?
For boilers under 8 years old, repair usually makes sense. Over 12 years, a replacement is often cheaper over the next 24 months than repeated repairs. A good installer tells you honestly, no pressure sales.
Do you repair oil boilers too?
Yes. Every installer on our network is both Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, so the network covers gas and oil.
