- 01 Full strip-out and removal of the existing bathroom.
- 02 Repair of any underlying damage, rot, joist replacement, re-tanking.
- 03 First-fix plumbing for new layouts (shower, bath, WC, basin).
- 04 Waste and soil pipework, new or extended as required.
- 05 Tiling coordination with trusted tilers.
- 06 Second-fix plumbing and sanitaryware installation.
- 07 Shower enclosure, tray and waterproof tanking.
- 08 Final commissioning and test.

Do you do the tiling yourself?
No, we work with trusted tilers and coordinate their work into the programme. You can also supply your own tiler if you prefer.
How long does a full bathroom take?
A straightforward refit is 5–7 working days. A strip-back-to-brick with structural repair (like our water-damage rebuild) can be 10–14 days.
Can you source the sanitaryware?
Yes, from trade suppliers at a discount. Or you can supply your own and we just fit. Either works.
Do you handle waterproofing properly?
Yes, every wet area is tanked before tiling. That's not always standard with cheaper fitters, and it's the difference between a bathroom that lasts 20 years and one that rots in 5 (as we've seen first-hand on rebuild jobs).
