The offer
What you get.
Built for engineers who want consistent work without becoming part-time marketers.
Steady lead flow
Vetted local enquiries passed straight to you. No bidding wars, no marketplaces, no per-lead fees.
Recurring, not one-off
We chase the annual rhythm: servicing renewals, landlord CP12s, oil tank checks. Your patch gets stickier with every winter; year two is meaningfully busier than year one.
Branded CRM, free
Full customer-facing quoting, scheduling, sign-off and invoicing under the PlumbersNI brand. No software fees, no setup. Login on day one. Built so a phone is enough to run it.
Commission only on our leads
Pay nothing on your own customers, your own referrals, your own marketing. Commission is on jobs we introduce, tagged in the CRM. Your book stays your book.
Zero marketing spend
We run the SEO, the ads and the brand. You stay on the tools and skip the digital-agency conversation.
You stay independent
Your business, your van, your insurance, your invoices, your customer. We're the introducer, not your employer.

Common questions
Engineer FAQ.
How does the commission work?
We're the introducer. The customer pays you direct at the published price; you pay us a fixed-percentage commission on the job value. We invoice monthly for the previous month's completed work, payment terms 14 days. No retainer, no per-lead fees, no factoring.
Do I pay commission on my own customers?
No. Commission is only on jobs we introduce, tagged in the CRM with our PlumbersNI source. Your existing customers, jobs from your own van decals, word-of-mouth referrals, your own social posts: all of it stays 100% yours. Your book stays your book.
What does the CRM cost?
Nothing. Branded quoting, scheduling, customer sign-off, invoicing and the annual reminder cycle are all included in the network membership at no charge. No software fee, no setup fee, no per-job platform charge. We pay for it because it's how we keep the brand experience consistent across every engineer on the network.
What do you mean by 'recurring revenue'?
Boilers need annual servicing. Landlords need yearly gas safety certificates. Oil tanks get checked. We don't just send you one-off installs and disappear; the whole content and lead engine is built around the annual rhythm, and the CRM auto-flags every customer for next year. Year two of a network engineer is meaningfully busier than year one because the customers we sent in year one are now coming back to you.
Who holds the customer contract?
You do. The customer engages you, you quote at the published rate, you complete the job, you invoice them, they pay you. We're the lead introducer, not the contractor. Your business name on the invoice, your VAT registration if applicable, your warranty.
Are leads exclusive to me?
Geographically yes. Each patch has one engineer covering it for each service type. You're not competing with another network engineer for the same job in the same area.
What insurance do I need?
Public liability of at least £5m and employer's liability if you have anyone working with you. We need a copy of the certificate before any work goes through. We carry our own insurance separately for the introducer role.
What's the minimum commitment?
There isn't one. You take as much or as little work as your capacity allows. We'd rather you under-promise and deliver than over-promise and miss appointments. If you need to pause for a holiday or a busy week, just tell us.
Do I keep the customer for repeat work?
Yes. The customer pays you direct, the relationship is yours. If they come back next year asking for you, that's your job and your invoice. We ask you to keep us informed for transparency, but repeat work isn't subject to a fresh commission.
What happens if a customer doesn't pay?
Chasing payment is on you because the contract is yours. We screen for likely-paying customers (postcode, job size sanity, prior contact history) and we'll always tell you if a name has been a problem before. Tell us about any non-payers so we don't pass them on again.
What happens if a job goes wrong?
The warranty is yours since the contract is yours. We help: if a customer disputes a job we'll mediate and try to keep things commercial, because protecting the brand reputation is in our interest. In return we expect honest reporting on issues; we'd rather hear it from you early than find out via a Google review.
Can I still take my own jobs alongside?
Absolutely. The network is on top of your existing business, not a replacement. Most engineers on the network keep their own customer base running in parallel.
