How quickly do you respond?
Same working day for quotes. For emergencies (no heat, no hot water, leaks), call the number above and we'll arrange a visit that day or the next morning.
Do you do evenings or weekends?
We take emergency calls in the evening and at weekends. For standard installs and services, we work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, card in person, or cash. We send invoices by email for gas safety certificates and larger jobs.
Do you quote over the phone?
For boiler servicing and gas safety certificates, yes. Installs and power flushes need a short site visit or a few photos of your current setup to quote accurately.
