How much does a new boiler cost in Belfast?
A like-for-like combi boiler swap starts around £2,200 including installation, system filter, flush where required and Building Control notification. Full new installs with system updates start around £2,700. System boilers with unvented cylinders are £3,700+.
How long does a boiler install take?
A straightforward combi swap is usually one day. A full new system or a complex relocate is two to three days. Oil-to-gas conversions are three days including commissioning.
What boiler brands do you fit?
Our installers fit Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Warmflow and Baxi. If you have a preferred brand we're happy to discuss, we've fitted most manufacturers over the years.
What warranty do I get?
Most of the boilers installers fit come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty (Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Ideal flagship ranges), subject to annual servicing. Installers register the manufacturer warranty on your behalf after commissioning.
Do you offer finance?
We don't provide finance directly, but many of the manufacturers installers fit (Worcester, Vaillant, Ideal) run finance options via their approved installer networks. Ask your installer at the quote stage.
Do you need to flush the system when fitting a new boiler?
Yes, nearly every manufacturer requires a clean system to keep the warranty valid. If your existing system is clean, a chemical flush is done during the install (included). If there's significant sludge, a full power flush is required, quoted separately.
