Before we arrive

  • Water leaking?

    Turn off the mains stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink.

  • Boiler faulted?

    Turn it off at the electrical isolator.

  • Smell gas?

    Leave the property and contact your gas provider. NI gas emergency service (Phoenix, Firmus, SGN): 0800 002 001, 24 hours.

We respond within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon–Sat 8am–6pm). Outside those hours, response is first-thing next working day unless we've already confirmed a 24hr engineer is available.

All our emergency engineers are Gas Safe & OFTEC registered, fully insured in their own name, with 10+ years on the tools. No subcontracting, no passing off. One engineer from first call to final fix.

If it's leaking, flooding, without heat in cold weather, or involves gas, it counts. Use the form above.

  1. 01 Burst or leaking pipework flooding the house.
  2. 02 No heating in cold weather, boiler locked out or failed.
  3. 03 No hot water in an elderly or vulnerable household.
  4. 04 Boiler spilling fumes or suspected carbon monoxide.
  5. 05 Frozen condensate pipe stopping the boiler firing.
  6. 06 Overflowing toilet or severe leaking from a fitting.
  7. 07 Blocked drain causing backup into the property.
