Questions

Emergency FAQ.

What does an emergency call-out cost?

Indicative emergency call-out during working hours is from £120 plus the cost of any repair needed. Evenings and weekends are from £180 plus parts. Installers agree the price over the phone before we dispatch.

How quickly will you arrive?

Usually within 90 minutes if we're free, same working day otherwise. Evenings and weekends are first-come-first-served, confirmed when you call.

Do you do 24-hour call-outs?

No, we stop at 10pm on evenings and resume 7am the next morning. True overnight emergencies are better handled by 24/7 plumbing services, though we'll always pick up first thing.

What if you can't fix it on the day?

If the part isn't available on the day, we make the system safe, isolate the fault, and return the next working morning with the part fitted.
